NextRoute coordinates cost‑sharing rides only, not a private hire service.

Drivers do not profit; passengers contribute to fuel, reasonable wear‑and‑tear, and any other cost such as parking/tolls.

We facilitate introductions, messaging, and booking fees; we are not a carrier.

Limitation of liability; user conduct rules; dispute handling outline.
